The Cottages senior management team is actively involved in the daily operations of all of our assisted living homes and is available by phone or email by any employee of the company. Each month the senior management team meets with the administrators to talk about what can be done to further improve the level of care and the environment we provide for our residents and staff. Opportunities for improvement and additional training programs are shared with everyone in attendance. The administrators share ideas and solutions that serve to strengthen the entire team.
